I try my best to learn it, but I failed, they all don't understand what I said.
Now I live in Guangzhou now, the locals speak Cantonese, for most of them can not speak mandarin. "Do in Rome as Rome does", I should change me myself, so I start to learn Cantonese. I spend much more time, but failed, I am just good at listenning, poor at speaking. I do not know why. It is really difficult for me to speak it? Sould I give it up from now on?

Hey friend~After I saw your discription I feel really ironic cause I'm a southron and I'm so envy of someone like you can speak standard mandarin. Now I study in Beijing and I'm ashamed my heavy accent.Whatever,I'll try my best to improve my speechcraft. So cheer up.

Hi,Tashia, Do not worry about your mandarin. You see, you are now in Peking where is a better place for you to improve your mandarin. Tell you the truth, my mandarin was also poor before I came to Peking, after four years' improvement, my mandarin is excellent now. So come on, friend!

Hi,friend, thanks very much! Yes, there has no excuse for me to give up, what we have to do is practice, practice again and again. So let's do it together! Come on!

I do not know anything about Mandarin nor Cantonese but what I do know is that nothing is impossible, so long as you keep on trying hard enough. Anyone can learn any language, with the right effort, determination and attitude. It's gonna take time though, it differs from person to person, depending on his/her learning ability. Just take your time. And take your time to rest when you need it. If you want it badly, there's no stopping you from making it happen.

Hi, kquiming, thanks for your support. You are quite right, "Nothing is impossible", I think I should keep on practicing, practice makes perfect, maybe I must change my learning attitude. Happy Every Day!
