How often do you measure your weight?

Hi mylotters..i have a friend who always measure her weight everytime we find weight scale. she really obsessed to become slim. and you know what, i always see her frown when she look at the number on that weight scale LoL. how about you, how often do you measure your weight? and how do you feel when you see the result? thanx 4 share..

its years that i have not weighed myself. but when i go to the railway stations or places where this machine is available then , i do weight myself, but its very rare.

I think I measure my weight like 2 two or three times a year. I'm not concerned about my weight, so I haven't got a strong need to keep an eye on it. I don't have any scales at home, so I usually measure myself when visiting doctor or in a fitness studio (they have some scales there).

I never go anywhere near a scale. Just tends to put a lot of stress on me to keep up with checking my weight. Besides, its always tends to be near the same anyway. I guess that's good, because I'm not gaining any more weight. However, I am not really losing weight either, so yeah.

I weigh myself usually once a week... normally its the same as the week before... but if it has risen im not really one to excersise or not eat cause of it lol. my BMI (body mass index) is normal so im not too fussed about it! =]

hi emediloy! I measure my weight every month once or twice, because I wan tto know how much exactly do i weight, because it is important for the exercises i do every morning and every evening at home!
