Paypal's Nonsense reply

I am from India and previously created thread for delaying payments from paypal.But now 10 days gone i have transferred 110$ from paypal to SbI Indian bank account usually it takes just 2 days to transfer.But for unknown reason now 10 days gone still no sign of payment.I contatced paypal and they send me an message as: We are aware of this issue and i sincerely regret the inconvienicene it caused you. Our technicians are working to resolve the matter. Sincerely pay pal Wat a hell of an response this still now not even received an cent from paypal to bank account.Poor customer service...........
