Who do you think gains if PayPal stops Indians from using PayPal?

Hi Friends,
I observed that many members are complaining about PayPal not allowing Personal Account Payments. Don't know whether that is the same with Business Account Payments but it does seem a bit harsh as it was implemented without any notification.
I think, PayPal might come out with a fee for personal Payments too. PayPal already CHARGES 0.36+0.40 JPY for Japanese for personal payments.
PayPal might want to charge something like that to Indians. So they might be mulling over it.
Or there must be something political or economical reason that deals with Paypal trade transactions.
Whatever the reason, if PayPal stops Indians from using PayPal who do you think is going to lose?
And I guess other Payment Processors like Neteller, Alertpay, Perfect Pay, Liberty Reserve might gain if PayPal is unable to process personal payments for Indian Users.
only problem is those who have large sums of amount int their PayPal account need to wait patiently till they take some decision on this matter.
Happy Mylotting!

I personally never had problems with paypal, but they do charge high fee. Some of my forum friends are from India, but they never said anything about a problem with paypal. They do sometimes complain about the fee. Maybe I'll go ask to confirm.

Till now I too didn't have any problems with PayPal. Now it seems that they have stopped transaction for Indians. To and From. They should clarify their stand on this matter soon. That will help others to switch over to other payment processors.
