I'm I right?

I think that most members of this community are not interested in a real conversation, but rather they prefer stupid questions like "do you like my balls" and this sort of questions. I believe that you would earn more money if you would engage in serious conversations. I hear that myLot.com actually pay better longer responses.
Does anyone else share my opinion?

I think your right but I've noticed most people will only respond to short answer discussions. I try to respond to both but alot of time I'm trying to do too many things at once and can only respond with short answers. I have noticed you get paid more for longer responses but sometimes thats not possible.

I would like it done right but how many people are worried about doing things right these days if money is involved most people are worried about doing it quick and make the money instead of doing it right and making more. Posts should be set at a limited word count meaning they should be at least 25 or more words for example. If they had to post long discussions then they probably wouldn't post at all. that way those of us who want a real conversation could have a chance. I myself have noticed if I post a discussion that takes more then one word I don't get replys to but I have posted some questions that is short responses and have had quite a few replys to. Try it and you'll see what I mean.

They DO pay more when you respond to a discuscussion that requires more than a 1 word answer. I agree with you that alot of the "discussions" here are stupid and not worth my time. The thing is it is hard to find serious discussions, or to even think of any to post. I find myself answering the stupid ones because that is all there is. When I come across a serious one I make shure It is a REAL discussion I have some knowledge about. If I know nothing about it I will not respond, because I think that is just a wast of space.
I want to earn for quailty responses but when there arent many quality discussions whnat are you saposed to do?

This is why I find discussions from my friends' profiles more than in the regular pages, and I don't hesitate to use the ! button to report discussions that are against guidelines.
P.S. Do you like my balls? Yes/No only.

I want to talk about different things. I hate to answer to "How many times do you take a dump a day?". I think that this site is build for traffic. That's a good thing. I want my site to have traffic, but it pretty hard to get something started. If you don't have the luck to get someone to answer on your question (irrelevant, interesting ... whatever), you post stuff here in vain.

I do agree, however it's not going to change. There are a lot of people from different nationalities that do not have much in common. The simple choice questions we are all able to answer, the in-depth discussions are only relevant to a few and therefore only get a few responses before disappearing off the front page.

i'm not sure about the whole thing that mylot pays for longer responses, but i do agree with you that people are asking stupid questions and don't want to talk about serious things! i just sorta gave up on asking questions and just starting questions because if i post a serious one. no one really anwsers it, but it it's short and sweet someone will anwser it!

My thoughts entirely. I suppose my post count could have been in the high hundreds if I answered all the 'Yes or No' questions.
A lot of other forums call that kind of thing false posting, or post padding etc. and those are deleted. If only the same happened here.

Yes, I wish that there were more serious topics posted for us to discuss. But it seems there are more questions that are simply yes and no. I actually posted some to try and start a real conversation, but there were few to no replies. It seems like I can't get anyone to reply on a topic that will take more than a second to answer. *sigh* Oh well...what can I do? I guess I could also take more time answering other people's discussions. Maybe the same will be done to mine.

myLot is paying for discussions. The discussion may be turned to a topic of interest.myLot friends sometime ask very stupid questions and they get a lot of answers and they say that questions of this sort are every easy to answer and they get lot of responses and money. I don't think this true.I wish there be good topics for discussion and people answer to such questions

I don't much care what's on here, we have that choice to answer the stupid ones or the important ones, it is our choosing! Personally I like the stupid ones, I can answer them quick and go on to the next! I want those points and as fast as possible! Points are cash and on here that's all I care about! If I didn't, I'd go back to Yahoo Answers and do it for nothing!

I agree with you, I love forums but I like interesting posts so it is hard to go through pages to find any.

You're definitely right. It seems that most people on this site are only on it for the money and they won't even attempt to dedicate their time to any sort of thought. I agree with you 100%.
