hello smartboy,
you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water...if you can drink more...more than 10 to 12 glass,then it's much better for your health.
Our body is made of 75% water,so,we need to drink enough water to cover up our energy and body water level.

Indeed. U should take it enough or more unless u'll dehydrate. Water contains negative ion n positive ion which supply our system. When u do activity n are sweaty, u'll lose ions and u need to drink water to supply it. Moreover it can be as detox.

smartboy826 use that smartness here, you do need to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to be in perfect health, I am told also by my doctor water is the best but you can also include diet sodas, and tea and coffee in your liquid intake. if plain water get to you float a slice of lemon or lime or orange in it and chill it will taste much better.just stick to the 8 to 10 glasses and you will not drink too little or too much.your body just has to have this to keep kidneys and other organs functioning properly. listen to your family.

For your information, water has a pH of about 7, in other words, it's neither acidic nor alkaline. It is the best form of solvent for cleansing our bodies and getting rid of impurities in our bodies. Having said that, of course I don't mean other forms of liquid is not good for our health. Green tea and coffee are found to be rich in antioxidants, which helps in fighting free radicals - the agents that make us sick or even cause cancer. Even so, we still can't be drinking solely tea or coffee. They have to be taken in moderation. All in all, water is still the best drink in the world and therefore, no harm drinking more.

You are a smart boy and smart people drink lots of water to stay healthy.
Drinking lots of water flush toxins and waste from the body.Water is essential for survival of human beings and it ensures smooth functioning of the system.Lack of water can lead to dehydration which can hamber your normal body system.
Drinking suffecient quantity of water helps prevent kidney stones ,constipation ,lessen severity of cold and flu and keeps joints lubricated too.
if you dont like drinking more water opt for fresh fruit juices instead as you loose lots of water throuhout the day by sweating ,urination and bowel movements.

I read an article one day and they were comparing two twins. One twin would drink lots of water everyday for a week and the other twin would barely get water. There was no significant difference but I think that the twin that drank water feels better than the twin that drank no water.
