I dont know what has happened to me during past 1 year.I am an engineering student.I was good at studies and secured 70 % above marks. But during the last 1 year my performance has badly suffered.I have failed to pass some subjects.I had to reappear in my exams but I dont know what has happened to my energies.I cant motivate myself to work for that.I cant help my laziness.I am growing fat day by day.I am too lazy to take some exercise.Last week I thought of reading some book to get a little motivated but couldnot find one.I hope to get some good responses from my friends

I think you just need something to inspire your day, your family or someone, make them as your inspiration because I'm sure they will be happy to know that you did best in your studies and they will be proud of you. And what would be their reaction if they know that you fail or got low grades? Just think about your future, what would you like it to be? Do you want success or failure? Does what you're doing now makes you a better person? And finally pray to God and ask for help to give you strength and courage to keep on giving your best on your responsibility as a student.

There's a saying "It's not what we're looking at, it's what we see."
Isn't it interesting that all we really need is a good reason that will create the needed feeling? Also, we may know, but unless we have the right feeling, it seems we will not be motivated.
It seems a good idea to make a list of what we wish in life, what we desire, what we intend and what we have passion for. [Wayne Dyer]
