It can be something totally made up on your own, or something you were taught or something you read in a cookbook/magazine. I'm very curious. What is the greatest homemade sandwich you've ever had? Or the strangest even.

My favorite sandwich that I make at home is a veggie sandwich. I spread teh insude of a pita pocket with hummus and stuff it with romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and sprouts. I always add a couple of leaves of fresh basil to any sandwich that I make at home. It adds great taste. Sometimes I will use a spicy mustard instead of hummus. Another favorite is a Rachel Ray recipe. She cubes havarti cheese and mixes it with ground turkey and makes hamburger patties out of it. I serve it on a kaiser roll. Yummy!

My favorite is to take either wheat bread or those pieces of bread that I guess are called hoagie bread and put mayo and mustard and add turkey or chicken then add lettuce tomato jalapeno cucumbers and maybe a touch of ranch dressing. And yummy!! Or I also like to take the left over chicken if there is ant left L.O.L. and make a chicken salad sandwich I add mayo to the shredded chicken onions pickles and grapes and stir Oh and on all my sandwiches I like a little salt and a lot of pepper!!

I like to make simple sandwhich using sliced bread , tomato ketchup ,butter , cucumber slice ,tomato slice ,shredded fried chicken ,salt and pepper.
You can also try this -boiled eggs ,slice of bread ,cheese and butter.
You can also grill these sandwhiches and serve hot.
I also like french cheese sandwhich in which shredded cheese is used along with
green chilli paste ,eggs, and chopped celery.
These are my regular homemade sandwhich recipes .
