Did you hear about the passenger who was high on pot cookies?

There was a passenger on a US Airway Flight who attacked the crew and forced a diversion of the flight. He said this happened because he was high on pot cookies. It all started in the restroom, when Kinman Chan began screaming and the flight crew tried to get him to calm down. The flight was headed to Los Angeles, but had to be diverted to Pittsburgh where Kinman Chan was arrested. He was let out on bail this last Tuesday. He claims it was the pot cookies, but I think they should investigate as to when he ate these pot cookies. If he was able to sneak them on the plane, then I believe tighter security checks will be coming soon. They are already difficult enough as it is, but this incident may make them even harder. If he ate them before entering the security checks, well then security can only be expected to do so much. How can they screen someones intestines? I shouldn't have said that, they may try to do so in the future. What do you guys think of this situation? Do you think Kinman Chan should be penalized under the maximum extent of the law, or should he be let off easy because after all it wasn't him doing it, it was the pot............
