hi! Yes, i have heard that news several hours ago and it is very bad for all the Indian people who have account in paypal. But have all the people with personal account lost their money, or from paypal have first transfer it to the bank accounts, because it will be very stupid if they close the accounts without any warning and people will lose their money

Mmm i think they are not lost, but they only can't send and receive money, i guess paypal wouldn't dare just closing all of their sites services from India without any consideration

Hi friend, if that is true then that is not fair! I'm not an Indian but I feel for them if this really is true. How can Paypal impose Business account to all? Is this their way of earning more. Well they are already earning a lot from the charges I suppose. I hope this is not true because I believe if they could do this to Indians then they could do it to others in the long run.

maxilimian,
It is more of a technical glitch than a BLOCK and Paypal is working round the clock to fix and resolve the issue.
So, don't panic except you will be inconvenienced for the time being.
Take care and have a nice day.
