any idea how to modify the home page of mylot??

you know i have been thinking about this for quite some time now...dont you think the home page of mylot shoulfd be modified now..it should first be made a bit colourful and attractive to the newbies...then also there should be a caption box of the number of friends showing there names just like in the profile page what do you think??how to modify the home page??
