How to Change Your myLot Prof Pic?

Hello! I've been trying hard to find the solution about changing my prof pic. I can't figure out how to do it so I have to open this discussion to help me. myLOTers extend me a hand. I want to change my prof pic since this isn't really what I intend to put on as a profile pic and it's too huge.
BTW, do you have any idea how to earned in myLot through photos? Everytime I post they always say that I didn't earn for uploading that pic. Please help. Thanks a lot! =)

You earn for posting a relevant photo when you start a discussion.

Wait, wait. A relevant photo? How exactly to do that. I'm sorry, it was vague. Every time I upload a photo it always says I don't earn for that because it tends to be personal, something. How can I do that starting a discussion and that relevant photo?

you cannot post personal photos in discussions. They should go in your profile but you do not earn for them.
A photo is relevant to the topic when it is, for example, a photo of a cake in a cooking discussion rather than in a disussion about gardening.
