Fabulous science fantasy series

I am reading a wonderful trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. The series is called The First Law. The last book is "Last Argument of Kings." Since that's the one I'm reading now, I can't tell you the names of the other 2. These are the most complex books I've read in a long time. Several plot lines are going at once, but they all interweave. I'm loving these books. They are very adult in language and some situations.
