That's what I'm saying. Ripped jeans go for big bucks and everyone wears them. No one wants to wear jeans that look new. Distressed jeans can be very pricey. Very popular in the U.S. If you feel that you want to repair them, use an iron on patch. At one that those were all the rage here.

Yes you are right. i mean not at nice brended ripped ones, but at a classic model that you ripp at a knee for example:)) i wear new ripped jeans they are loved even in my fuc*ed country, but because i am an ecologist and Eco friend i like recycling, reuse, repair diy and homemade

I've seen them ripped from the thigh through the knees on both legs. You could continue ripping up the rest of the leg or you could buy an iron on patch and patch them. Personally, I like the ripped look a lot better but that's just me.

Why would you want to repair them? I have seen pre-ripped jeans sold for over $100! Saks 5th Avenue has ripped Dsquared2 jeans for $450! Or yes, you could do like us old hippies used to do back in the day. Just patch them with whatever piece of fabric you can find. I've got to admit that we did look artistic, in a quilt-y sort of way. LOL

Yes i`ve seen pre-riped jeans as you say, at much higher prices than you say but i am an Ecologist. I do promote DIY and homemade stuff, recycling and reuse, if jeans get ripped in single place and don`thave an artistick look, you maust do something.
