Have you ever had those dream where you are falling?

I have had those dreams and I instantly wake up because they scare me so bad it actually does feel like I am falling. Especially since I'm scared of heights, my fear would be falling from a high place. I have been having these dreams for some time now. Well actually I would call them more of nightmares then dreams.
So have you ever had those dreams where you are falling??? Or what kind of dreams or nightmares do you have????

I have a recurring dream, or rather a recurring theme in my dreams. It's always a case of me trying to get to the airport or get on a plane and something or someone is delaying me.

I don't like the scary jolt you get, like plummeting off a cliff. I heard somewhere once that it's a spiritual thing, and that is the feeling a soul has as it re enters the body.

Yes!!! And sometimes I could feel myself kicking out. Like a knee-jerk movement or something. It usually happens when I try to sleep when I'm too tired or had a really emotional day.
