Can anybody suggest me a best free hosting site which is acceptable by Google?

Hi friends, I tried ad sense long back by investing $30 and luckily google has accepted my ad sense request.It was doing fine.It accumulated around $98 while one fine day my account was blocked. Now after two years I want to give it another try , but I can't take risk and invest again for another web site. So I need a free hosting site. Can anybody suggest a best option for me?
