A specific program has me concerned

Does anyone know about SFI? I got started their nearly a year I couldn't keep up with the demands, it seemed to be like carrot always luring me to better and better but never giving my any status up dates or information that would help me improve my performance 'points'. I even purchased...which is generally a no no for me. Anyhow I thought I deleted the account, I talked to a live person back then. I never received any refund, now my site is back on line. I thought okay, I will give it another go...seems the same. They finally updated my sponsor and few other things, but it's at that dead in point, where if I don't get others to look at it, well, my won't get my points and I refuse to get stuck paying again. Anyone got some clues...should i just keep the free stuff working, see if I can actually manage to pull together a down line...or referrals, and send some to my up line. I am an Excute Affill...by status, but that will change if I can't keep my points up for three months.
