I'm getting troubled about sending money to other paypal users.
Is sending money to another paypal user by using his/her email is free?
How much could be the minimum amount i can send? can I send as low as $0.15?
I chose business account thinking it is better than the personal account because it has merchant tools and services. Anyone who has experience about this?

I've sent money before. All you have to do is select gift. They have never charged me a fee when I chose gift to pay someone. I hope this helps you out.

If you have a business account, the transaction will have fess involved. It depends upon the sender whether he or she want himself to pay the fees for the receiver to pay for that. In these cases personal account have greater access. They don't charge any fees for any transaction. It you are unsatisfied with your business account, you can downgrade it to a personal account. Its process is well explained on Paypal website.

I have no idea what the least amount you can send is but I do know paypal charges the person the money is sent to a fee. The fee varies on how much you send so you would have to see how much because I don't have the fees they charge.
