HI all This is concerning refferals

I am a member of quite a few BUX sites but am unable to generate any rfferals under me so i cant make much money. i would really like to know if any one of you knows a way to increase refferals and also also to keep them active once i get some. i would use the rent refferals options but every time i get them on rent they turn out to be inactive members .
