What If Everyone in the World Were Telepathic?

If everybody could read others' minds, how boring our lives would be! Maybe it would be a little bit dangerous if you couldn't control your thoughts. Well, if we needed to control our thoughts all the time, how stressful our day by day life would be!

Many disciplines require that one control their thoughts, especially SELF-DISCIPLINE. Many challenges of daily life require we control our thoughts...imagine the horrible world if everyone said and did whatever they thought...If everyone in the world were telepathic, people would also know how to filter out unwanted thoughts of others, just as a phone has caller ID, and email tells you the sender.

I don't think it would be a good idea. Would'nt it take away the mystery and romance of encountering others?
