Is Trek pay is paid to you this week. (Who ever in India)

Hi, two weeks back i have earned 5.63 USD in trekpay. and two days back i have got transferred the same to paypal. But paypal has reversed the payment to Trekpay saying that We reversed this payment because we have stopped allowing personal payments to be sent or from India. Did any one received message like this. Still i am worrying how to transfer the same into my account. If any one faced this problem earlier, kindly give your guidance enabling to follow u. Thanks for your reply.
