Do you think Samsung B7610 and I8910 HD are okay? Or whats ur recommendation?

I am planning to buy the PDA phone which had office, dictionary, and PDF reader as well as the wifi internet. It is really hard to find and I find IPhone and ITouch are really expensive and hard to use. Do you think that having WINdows Mobile is way good than Symbian OS? I am thinking of B7610 and I8910 since it fits my need but super expensive. The only cheap is B7610 due to few storage. What do you think?
