paypal payment issues to india.....

hey guys i have heard and read somewhere that paypal has some issues with the personal payment to and from india.
is it true??
and do u have any idea when will this issue be sought out bcz i m iin a ptc business so i have to recieve payment via paypal.
there are other alternatives also like alterpay and liberty reserve but paypal is more flexible.most of the site support paypal and we can shop via paypal which seems to be much brighter as compared to alterpay and liberty reserve.
if someone have any idea about when payment process to and from india will be alright then please post here so that others including me will get to know.

i have been reading many topics related to this.i don't know why anyone hasnt tried asking the paypal people through their email help center.i have emailed them today and i hope to get an answer from them.honestly,if paypal stops paying to indian banks,i am doomed.
