Rented referral are not active in neobux? / myLot

hello guys.i have been renting 10 referrals in neobux for a month.and i found that a maximum of 4-5 referrals or sometimes even below that amount are active.this is really disappointing and its almost like i am paying for nothing.does anybody in neobux here experience the same thing.

you have to recycle. Unfortunatly you have to pay for the recycle. If you pay 80 cent for 3 referrals, you must have 10-15 cent for recycle, maintening referrals ecc..
