I love fruit and yes I believe they all have healing powers. I eat fruit a couple of time a day, and I juice five or six different fruits in the morning to make sure I have had my full daily requirement. Fruits are meant to remove excess lodged waste inside our bodies and remove them. Each fruit has it's own powers and coupled with other fruits will help you lose weight, increase your energy and make you feel good. If you needed to lose weight and wanted to do it rather quickly. You could juice fresh carrots, apples and lemons. Run them through the juicer on a daily basis and You would start removing excess toxins from your body. There is large fiber in fruits and that's what our body needs.

Thats true, but i heard rather than juices, we can directly eat the fruit as fresh which is more vitamins and nutrition than juices.

...Hi katkizzle, What an excellent comment on the virtues of juicing. That is the greatest way, I think that we can obtain the natural vitamins and minerals from our fruits and vegetables. When we cook them, we lose so much of the nutrients, and we tend to peel off the skins which have the most vitamins just beneath. So juicing is a very healthy thing to do. I have a juicer in my kitchen which I haven't used in the longest time. I am kind of inspired by your topic and will try to start juicing again. Take care.
