I admit I've been rejected for sometime. When I first look for a job, I wasn't able to make it. When I was interviewed by the company they also rejected me. It sad and really it hurts. but I need to accept it. I just try and try until I could make it. Gladly I still have the courage to pursue even I was rejected before. how bout you? Can you share your experience about rejection if you had any...

I have experienced that before because on my previous job interview I didn't do my best or I just lack some skills that they are looking for. It was like I failed a lot of times but being persistent as I am, I finally got a job as a Medical Representative in a local clinic nearby.

After 14 years of working in a bank, I decided to try a new career. I applied with full confidence. Guess what happened? I was turned down. I tried another company - turned down again. Since I no longer wanted to go back to the banking industry and wanted a job so badly, I tried once again. Finally, I was accepted. I learned more about this new industry. After 10 months, I applied in another company and was never turned down ever since. Sigh!
Lesson learned: should you plan to change careers, do it after a few years of being unhappy with your current one.

I play clarinet and I audition for different ensembles and stuff...I was rejected the first 2 times I auditioned for an honors group in my area, but I made it the 3rd time! Also, I was a semi-finalist for a full scholarship I applied for, but recently found out that I had been rejected...It was very sad, because the school was very good, but I'm not sure if I will be able to go now :(
