ive been gone for almost 4days. 1st i got trouble in my connection. i always disconnected and it really pissed me off. then 3days before my internet provider cut their service w/out giving any signal to me. i contact them .they told me i still have unpaid amount and its already due date. i was shocked because i still don't receive any billing from them!! so i decided to shift from other internet provider. i hope this one works now. its a wireless connection and the speed is double from my old one. how bout you guys? what is ur internet connection? do u also experienced this before? are you happy w/ their service? thnx for dropping by.

I have charter. I'm very happy with it, and I have wireless internet, but it's very fast. The only thing is, I'm not sure if it's my router or my modem but it keeps disconnecting every once in a while. But I think it's my router, because I got my modem changed recently and it still does it.

I have high-speed internet, and I connect to it wirelessly. The one time the internet got messed up and stopped working, we called, and they helped us get it fixed that very day, so we were very satisfied with their support. They also gave us tips to prevent it from happening again!

Before posting this response, I first checked your profile because I thought you are from the Philippines and I'm right. I thought that because of your concern here. My interconnection is provided by Smart Bro, we've been with them for 4 years, I think. During our first year we've been having so many problems with them but since that's the only one available for us we had no choice but to stay with them. But now, it's fine already. Not very good but will do. More than a month we applied for the dsl of PLDT. We were told back then that we will have our connection 7 days max. It's been more than a month still no PLDT dsl connected in our home.

We were also contemplating on switching to sun because of the low cost but we were worried of its signal. I'd like to know how it is. I do hope you can update me on its performance, if it's fine with you.

hello novelcai, oh i see, that's why i don't see you around for the last few days, anyway its good to see you back! i have experienced the same, our connection was cut without us being aware coz we don't receive the billing statement as well and we don't receive any call from them on that particular date, but i feel like we also have some fault there coz we don't pay for a month or 2, i think... hehe but we don't change our internet provider coz so far we are satisfied with their service, connection is fast & good and we've been using it for more than a year & for now we don't have plan of changing our internet provider... and so far such incidence don't happen again since we are also checking our billing statement online...and i'm happy with the rebate we are getting even if its just a small amount...

hi there cyera.. ofcourse my dear cyera..hahahaha my internet provider before was globe broadband. i got their bandle plan (internet and landline) and you know what it takes a month before they signal become stable here in my place. and my landline.. theres an average off 3:10. yes 3. 3 out of 10 calls i only enjoyed using my landline. it looks like that im using a mobile under a tunnel...lol because most of the time its chappy and got disconnected why in the middle of conversation :) and because of that their customer service always receive my tension regarding their service. so because they cut their servicer they give a reason to shift to other brand. im now using Sun broadband wireless..it seems ok so far..i just started using it last night. but i dont have a landline now. i ask sun if their also have a bandle plan. ofcourse they have but their requiring the applicant a very hight salary of 20K before they approve somone for the bundle plan .. ooohhhh how i wish i have that salary in a month...hahahahah but they told me that after 7 months and im a good payer thay will let me apply for their landline w/out any requirements. hehehhe need to wait 7 months more :))

i just got my own personal internet connection. after being a hitcher with office internet, i got my own now, not so long ago as this is just about 2 weeks now. mine is a broadband connection, using a usb modem that i can plug in any computer or laptop anytime. when i go to work, i also bring the modem as it is really so convenient. if internet is not available in the office, i plug my broadband usb modem to my office desktop so i can still get online. at home, i use my netbook. so far, aside from getting disconnect once in a while, the speed is great and no other problems i have encountered to far. with regards to billing, it will come next month, my first internet bill.

I am having a cablenet connection for internet and it is having some pretty good speed and good enough to surf and also with an unlimited download plan that too in cheap rate. The only problem is that sometimes the speed gets too low at the month's end and that is when I am not even able to surf pages of every site as some sites need high speed connection to load or connection gets lost. Sometimes, I even have to reload the page in between if loading gets stopped. But due to unlimited downloading available, I have not much complaints!!

we use the High speed Internet access. They call it DSL her wher I am from. You just have to show them as a prescription. I used to have the old Dial Up Access for the Internet. But I needed to download a lot of stuff. SO I upgraded my Internet connection speed.

Hi novelcai,Well so sad that it's happened to you but my experience with my Internet service provider is different than you experienced;I am using my Internet connection from my provider since last 4 years and i haven't experience any such issue regarding about billing as they collect the bills from my home at every month. they collect the bills according to the plan i choose in that month...i usually choose different plans according to my usage. but my service provider is fine from my side.

Internet, as we all know is the public network and global. Since Internet is very much useful and provides many services irrespective of place of and level. Actually it is ISP, who is responsible for the good, reliable and high speed/medium speed/low speed connection. They are here on Internet to earn money and generate revenue as much as possible. We must consider the technology, type of connection and the role of ISP while getting Internet connection. Different ISPs are there in different regions such as Airtel, Aircell, Relaince and MSN or AOL etc. I am the customer of both Airtel( At Office) and Sify( At Home).

I have the regular cable DSL modem attach to my computers. It was the 999 plan of PLDT but its ok. I still enjoy doing youtube. It is not that fast as of the other plans but it beats dial-ups. I'm already happy for this internet service. ^^

I have a DSL connection so far, for 3 years its doing great! Connection is very fast, I have no connection problems whatsoever, it's very stable. This is better as compared to a wireless connection.. Why don't you try and get a new ISP?
