why my alertpay status is still unverified?

Hi jyzl999! Yes I am also facing the same problem. And there are many members who are complaining about the too much delay in verifying the alerpay account. I opened a support ticket but it was also of no use. I also went to the forum and posted there. And they deleted the post after couple of days. You can visit it here [dev.alertpay.com/] I don't what is the problem with alertpay. They say they are having a huge Que for the verification. It doesn't seem professional to say such thing! They should be capable of handling such issues. They also disabled the chat support. They say that, 'many are trying to access through chart but for a while it is not possible to support it for all the members." I really feel unhappy about Alertpay. So I am not so inclined to use Alertpay unless I hear some good feedback from users. Till then I will use Alertpay unverified account. i also facing the same problem its has been 2 month since i upload my bills and identity card . But till now my account still unverified . Really confuse and dont know what else to do to get verified in AP .

To get verified status you have to link your alertpay accont with a bank credit card.I didnt verified by alerpay account,but my paypal account is verified.

Luckily mine was accepted within about two weeks. What I sent was a Telephone bill for address verification and Passport copy for photo identification. First time they were rejected for low quality resolution and the second time the same documents were accepted once a clear copy was sent. Try to upload a clearer copy or upload different documents for same.
