Is proposing some one easy?

Hello people! My age is 16 and I have fallen in love with my ex-neighbor. I talk with her at least for half an hour for a day over the phone. I don't know whether she likes me, but I love her a lot and I don't know how to propose her. I feel very nervous to say those 3 magical words. I will surely propose her one day but can you tell me any unique idea for proposing her. I know you must also have proposed a girl/boy in your life. So please help me Mylotters.
