harbajan singh has become ordinary bowler

i do think that he needs to be given a break more over with the absence of kumble he is the lead in the spin bowling department and this has made him a bit worse . he is not amongst wickets . he is bowling good in some parts of the match and is not doing it throughout the match . he can be given a break . he is very important for our bowling atttack , let him get his form back . lets pray that atleast oyur batsmen can do their job and save india . lets hope that we maintain the number one spot in test rankings ..

hi vignesh, i agree with you,he is now bowling like an ordinary bowler. he has been out of form for the last 3-4 months. not onlt SA every team is playing him without any fear, where is his special balls gone,i dont know. once he was a dangerous wicketing bowler. if he is playing like this for this series ,i think he will not get much chance to play each game. i think he shoud take some rest and come back with good form. happy mylotting!

I also think it is always great to give breaks for the players for a tournament. This will helps them to get better. Most times when the work pressure increases, players do not play well. I think he should be given a break so that he can rest and also play in couple of domestic matches and come back fit and take more wickets.

It is not only south Africa, even the Srilankans were treating Harbajan without any respect. As mentioned by the previous responder with the absences of Anil kumble, Harbajan has become a very ordinary bowler, and if the same trend continues, he will be out of the Indian Team. Since there are not capable substitues, and as he is a favorite of Dhoni, Harbajan is continuing in the team. My feeling, is, his days are numbered. If Amit Mishra, and Ohja, start getting wickets, Harbhajan will be out.
