Is it Biblical to marry a divorcee?

Some says it's okay to marry a divorcee while others says otherwise. What does the Bible say about this? What are your views?

Matthew 9 and Matthew 19 both say that you cannot divorce your wife and marry another woman. Matthew 5:33 also adds "Anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery."

so do you think this should be preached and practiced in all Christian churches? coz in my previous church, i've never heard them preached about this. but was given emphasis in the church i am attending now.

If it's in the Bible it should be preached. Because ignoring it will not make it go away, or make the consquences for not obeying this clear teaching go away.
