Well i have 7 Batik at my house. I got 2 from the office which i should use every monday, i use those two alternately. And the office also force us to use other batik beside those two that they are give us, every friday. So almost every week i at least use two batik. Other then go to the office, i rarely use batik.

Yes, BATIK is good, although it is hard to wear it in informal situation because it look strange. So i only use it for work and for attending wedding and stuff. Never use it simply for hanging out with my friend, or going to the mall. Well maybe in time, i can get used to batik and have no problem wearing it anytime.

In Malaysia, we wear batik for official uses like during event. for daily batik sarong, well, I'm not using it because I prefer wearing trousers. I have a batik dress and only wear it ocassionally.
I personally admire batik creations because of the unique way of making, and indonesian batik is somehow more exotic looking and original, compared to Malaysian one because it has been commercialized and mostly done by machine. it's hard to find handmade batik here which is in a very good quality~
