I am sticking to mylot

This is what I have decided, After getting a lot of responses from my previous posts, where I ask, "Will you click or type for cash?" I finally decided to stick with mylotting.
There are great responses and suggestions, and views about paid to click sites. But there are also responses that talk about paid to post. mylot though slow in terms of earnings, but if we could only be active and over active posting, then we could say that our time is not enough creating discussions and responding to a lot of great discussions.
Earnings is coming, even if it is slow. But it is worth our time and effort.
So, anyone will still say, mylot is boring? Does anyone think of getting out of mylot? Does anyone still spend their time with other non-sense and time killing sites, with nothing to gain?

many ways of getting money from the internet, friend ... each way have the weakness and shortcomings ... but at myLot, I have not seen his shortcomings, which is, if one day I did not create/ make a posting on myLot, I feel less ... honestly, my motivation to write in myLot, not again about money but more than that, namely to learn English ...

well, frankly, money is what i really wanted. i have to have more of it, so that i can support my family. i have a regular job, but it is not enough. and to think that we have a kid that is in medication for 6 months... i have a second job before, but lost it about a year ago. i wanted to get another second job, but i can't find one. and while looking for it, i get to mylot and enjoys it. so if i can make this my second job, why not. since i have my own internet connection and the system i have been longing for, i will make use the most out of it.

Hello, Neil. I am never bored on MyLot - in fact, I can't spend as much time here as I'd like. I have lots of friends who put up interesting discusssions, and everyday life gets in the way of my MyLot time. As you say, the earnings are a bit slow, but they get there in the end.
The only other site I use regularly is Helium, a writing site. A friend on MyLot who is also a member on Helium is a great support over there, so I divide my web time between the two.

Hi Sandra, thea... So you mean you are both with Helium?
I say bored, because there were members posting they got bored, but you and me, never. But if we can manage our time, like you did, Sandra, then it's good. But this time, as of this moment, I see myself doing mylot, as my second job.

neildc I do so think mylot is well worth our time and effort for a lot of reasons. I love my mylot friends, and love to post and respond , and make new friends and discuss with old friends. I like to learn new things every day and coming in contact with others from other lands, I do learn so many things. we share our commonalities and our differences, and I love all those differences. I am so glad to unisolate my self as an American and share things with people from all over this shrinking world.Someone here said with great wisdom, people who are always so easily bored are really boring. How true. Mylot is never boring if you do some browsing here.

hi patsie, thea... yeah, mylot not only give us friends, but good friends we can never imagine having in our lives. imagine, a simple, non-english speaking filipino talking to his american english speaking friend? talking about something you don't even imagine know or never wanted to talk about, like booger or heavy snow or great flood . besides, mylot let us express ourselves, revealing the true person in all of us. people who will say again, that mylot is boring is a boring person inside of him.

probably, i missed that discussion. i guess i better check it. that might be the time when i was not so active or went on a recess when i was so busy with my son. if helium pays, does it really pays better than mylot? more interesting? does it mean, they are not strict with english spelling, grammar, number of words? so, i got so curious and ask so much.

How can you say Mylot is boring when you don't have much time to think of anything else but to respond to the discussions you have started or the discussion that caught your interest? LOL .I don't think you came here to think how bored you are.
Sticking here is a wise decision you made. Earnings is slow, for the meantime but it will soon pick up. But, that depends on how active you are here. You can try doing tasks if you want to add an extra cents or dollars (for writing articles) to your earnings from discussions and responses.:-)
Goodluck.:-)

there are really some posts i have read telling members that mylot is boring. yeah, exactly, how can you say mylot is boring when you don't even have time to think of new thoughts and ideas to start with. all that you do is respond to discussions that caught your interest. well, there are a lot more discussions you haven't read yet. explore the discussions page, and there are more of interesting topics you may want to read and learn from them.

That is so true , Neil. There are certain discussions here that remain to be explored. Everyday, exciting new things are happening here because we are reading discussions from real people and real lives. :-)
Happy posting and commenting, then.:-)

I believe I was one of those that responded and I would have to say I agree with you. Most of my time is spent here and while it seems slow going I know for a fact that things aren't nearly as bad as some people tend to want to make them out to be. Not having any ref's I have to admit, that I think I do fairly well. Its slow going of course, but what more could I say? I make what I consider to be re based on the time and effort I'm willing to put into the thing which I find to be rather important.asonable amounts of money

thanks kaylachan. it is really true that earnings grow slow but at least it helps. and to tell you, if you may want to know, i have a number of referrals and they really help getting the payout faster than doing it alone. sadly, there is none of them now that goes active. but i am thankful that they exist, though not active.

Why not here that your earning is secured and of course, friends are very friendly and generous for giving a lot of good ideas... Mylot worth our time and effort... this is my best site ever... our site... our family... God bless you niel and your whole family, I hope and pray you kid is okay now...

well prime, there is nothing to worry about getting late to response to discussions of you friends. try to put in mind, that there are lots of discussions being created everyday. i may not be responding to your discussions today, but since i have the notifications in my email, i can read it and try to response if i have something to add. aside from that, you can go to your friends profile and browse his discussions. you can always response to them, even if they are old discussions.

I've made 96 cents after 2 years on MyLot!
I'm getting out of it, but keeping my profile banners.
That's how I make a small percentage of my online earnings.

You mean you are not active then. And you are trying to get referrals from those banners so you can earn from them too? myLot is earnings through our own activities and you cannot just depend on referrals. So we have to work on our own even if we have referrals.

now i get it, you earn from banners posted in your mylot profile. but that earnings you got there is not coming directly from mylot but from other sites. you just make mylot as promotion to your affiliate sites? am i correct?

Correct!
I make at least $5 a week from my Profile banners in MyLot.

oh yes, tamara, those who will say they are not happy with mylot or they are bored on here, they just never been here long enough. and why they will stick to mylot when they are bored and unhappy? but we can always welcome them, we can be their friends here. they can talk with us anything and everything, they will surely not get bored.

I am not bored with mylot whatsoever. I have learned so much since I have been here, and that is a good thing as that is what mylot is all aboutanyway. When I first came in here, it was more about the money, but since times has gone on, it has been much more than that. The earnings are just a bonus for me, as learning is the most important thing to me. The knowledge we can gain here far exceeds the earnings we make anyway. I really enjoy my time in here and I hope to be here for years to come. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

that's bad news. but i think there is still some ways to get your payments even if you don't have paypal. if there is one person who will let you use their paypal account and transfer the money to your payment system like alertpay or directly to your local bank. i guess this is possible, but we have to look for some good guys to make this possible for you.

maybe, you could just stick around and just participate a lot. we can never tell, mylot will have some other payment in the near future, aside from paypal. so that they can accommodate members who don't have paypal or have problems with paypal, just what the indians are experiencing.

The only time I ever get bored of mylot is when I have been on here for a few hours of an evening and am starting to struggle to find topics which really get my mind running. But then that is the same with any site when you spend some solid time on there.

you mean, finding the right topics to start with or topics you want to respond to? here on mylot, when i can't come up with a new idea of topics to start with, i just go to my friends' old discussions and find something that interests me. by reading and responding to their old topics, we can also help them revive their old topics that could be in the right time of issues.

Although I've joined MyLot for about a month already, I think I probably won't forsake it, unless I have very good reasons for doing so. Yes, I agree that the money is coming in slow, and that could probably discourage some who are here just to earn some quick bucks out of it instead of enjoying the fun of posting comments and stating discussion topics. I will be very sad though, if MyLot stops operating one day...

yes myzire, that is the only thing that makes us stop one day, if mylot will stop from operating one day, which we are all afraid to happen. hope it will not be too soon.
