When you finish a video game, do you like to restart to replaying one more time again? There are some people, when a game is finished, they restart it many times trying to play with a different character or take differents missions or something else.
What's about you? Do you like to restart a game when you finished it?
For me, i don't like like replaying a game when I already finished it because it'll not be like the first time when you played it and was excited and had suspense because now, you're already know the things which will happen. I only replay a game when i didn't play it during a very long time and when it miss me and when i want to relive the adventure.

I replay games when I had extreme troubles starting to play it because of either new controls or high difficulty. It makes me feel like I'm expert at playing on my replay runs and it makes me feel good when I feel pro. Then months or years later I replay old games I already cleared if I feel the need to have a nostalgia rush.
Replaying is fun, but it's not for all games, why I like replaying is strongly connected to the kinds of games I play.

If the game is good, I will keep that game and replay it until the day I die. I've beat Shadow of the Colossus eleven times, and the only thing new about it is that you can keep the strength and health you've built up from previous games into the next. Yet the game is simply mind boggling in its amazement that sometimes I just feel like being in the Forbidden Lands again, if only to roam the land.
There are games that once I beat them I'm more relieved than eager to do it again. I beat Prototype and wasn't too keen on replaying the game itself...I'd rather just run around and cause havoc. The same with all the Grand Theft Autos, when I'd play them. After getting to the second island on the third one, for example, I'd quit playing the story and just run over pedestrians with opera music playing on the radio.

I replayed Resident Evil 4 like 30 times. It's the only game I've played way too much. I usually skip the cutscenes when I play a game over and over so it doesn't get boring, sometimes I forget what happens in the cutscenes.
I've replayed Bioshock and Gears of War but they get a little depressing playing them over again.
I like when you discover things you missed the first time and it makes you go WOW.
Sometimes if a game is bad/really hard, I might not replay it or I take my time before I replay it again.

Hi! I usually replay games but it depend on the game.
The game what i mostly replayed is call of duty 4.Every single time i replayed it i really enjoyed it,of course it's more exciting when you play the game first time.
But there are some games what i even didn't finished or i played about 1-2 hours but i already deleted it because it was so horrible.

It all really depends on the game itself.
For example:
Final Fantasy games (and most other RPGs) - I'd play several times over and over.
Call of Duty games - I'd probably just run through once on veteran mode and not play it any more (unless I play multi-player).
I just recently bought White Knight Chronicles. It's definitely going to get many play throughs from me.

Who doesn't like Final Fantasy games?
What's your favorite game that you just have to play over and over again?

I hate replaying games. It's very boring. I think it's a bad thing because once you've completed it you won't play it again for a long time but it's just so boring to see all the story again. Sometimes I try to restart on another difficulty but the story never changes and I get bored. lol.

Even though I love a game so much, I think I wouldn't want to replay the game immediately after I finished it. There's always some parts of games that makes me think, "Thank goodness that's over!" or "Finally! I don't want to go through that again...ever." But when it's already been a while, say some months or a year, I would miss the game and would play it again. Amazingly, I sometimes find it easier to play the second, third, fourth, and so on, time around.

No, usually I don't start again. Why? because the games I buy ALL can go online and play with my friends. So once I finish the single player part, I go on to play online with my friends and other people. I think that it's a waste of time to play the game again. Maybe it's just me, because 1] I don't think it's worth playing just to get the special or hidden items or stuff, also, I never like doing anything twice. For example, if I start and account for an online game say WOW [World of Warcraft]. Say I play for a week and I get to level 20, and my friends say 'hey, your stats suck, your attributes aren't good, you're a hybrid...blablabla.' Well, to be honest, I don't care. I won't start again. Because 1, I play the game for the fun and enjoyment, not to be the best guy there is at the game. Sure, the better you are, the more fun it is. But I take into account that I waste more time 'researching' about the game, then thinking about what's best for me and other useless stuff. I like to just play it and forget about other stuff. Like I just said, I'm playing for the fun, not for a job. So if I finish a game, I will not play it again. I will either continue playing it (if there are bonus levels and stuff) or stop playing. Well, unless for 1 circumstance, say I have a sports game - NBA 2k10, if I finish a season, then I might use another team and play another season, other than that, I will NEVER play a game again.

I, personally, finish a game as fast as I can to get the gist of the story. Then, I play it over again and try to get 100% to know the FULL story of the game and finish all the content. Perfectionism...What a drag..

I sometimes will restart a game, after I have beaten it. It depends on the game, and if there is any replay value. Like after you beat the game, you get a new mode or weapon, then I may restart the game, if you get to use that weapon after beating game, and starting again. The game has to be fun for me to replay it.
