Do you have more than one best friend?

I have more than one best friend. Like you, my husband is the first of my friends. And my roomates in college all my best friends, I treat them equal, and we sharing our opinpion, problem and joy. And I have some other best friends during the life time! Although we can't keep tough everytime, I have them in my heart!

Yes. I do have many bestfriend. I choose one bestfriend for every group of friends that I have and I also choose one bestfriend among all my bestfriends.

I don't have many friends in general. I have a lot of acquaintances, but they are not really "friends". I only have one best friend, but lately I don't get to see her as often as I like. We sorta live far away from each other. I've been trying to make friends where I live by joining play groups, but so far I've yet to go to any. It's hard for me to meet people for some reason.

when you say best, there should only be one. normally, however, most of us have more than one best friends. that is why it is a misnomer to call three friends as best friends... all....

I have a lot of good friends, but I wouldn't call anyone of them my "best" friend because then I feel like I'm rating one as better than another. All of them have traits that make them better or worse friends than another. But I agree, to find someone who is best friend quality takes time to get to know them, and to build your friendship.

Hello! this is a very late reply to your topic but i just want to answer somehow. I just have one bestfriend a friend whom i can count on just about anything . But recently he betrayed me for shutting me out of his entire life without me knowing the reason why. I just want to share how bad it is to feel this way to be ignored and betrayed by the very person that you trust the most its aweful. But hey something inside of me is still caring and still treats him as my one and only bestffriend, how i wish hes reading this comment that im doing right now...

My husband is without a doubt my best friend, but I'm also really close to my sister and I would consider her a best friend and I have my best girlfriend that I've had a several years now. I still talk to a few people that I was extremely close to a few years ago, but we've since grown apart a little over the years. My best friend that I have now is wonderful. She's such good support to me with my first pregnancy. She's already got two kids and it's nice having her to talk to and ask questions. We always go out for a few shopping trips every year just as a girl's day out type thing. We're actually going out next weekend for our last trip before my baby comes in June.

I suppose I do have more than one best friend since I consider every member of my immediate family as a best friend, but my twin sister is my very best.

I have a couple best friends. Two of them I grew up with. And my other best friend we talk a lot on the phone or on the internet. My best friends and I live very far apart. I wish we lived closer together but we don't. So all we can do is call each other and chat online and write letters. Sometimes in the summer if we have the money we can visit each other. I don't know if those people being called a friend is a best friend. But I have only called a best friend until today we are together with a common actions in life...But anyone other that say friends most especially those people I met from the Internet. I don't know if they are a best friend or what? Because I found all of them not consider me as best friend because it's a matter of socializing on the net...

I have bestfriends from different times in my life... I have a childhood best friend whom I still talk to even though we have almost nothing in common and I have a high school best friend, a college best friends and an adult best friend. I consider all of these people crucial in my life and its nice to have a few amazing friends to talk to and I also have to say that I'm not married but if and when I am he will be my number one.

It's funny to me that I still consider my best friend from high school as my best friend now. She moved to a city about three hours away and we hardly every talk on the phone, but we have an understanding that no matter how much the other person changes, we'll still understand and be there when things get rocky.

Hi, yes I do have friends but most of them are on a different level to say so. Well I don't tell everything to all of them. I can talk about certain matters to some of them but not to all. From those only two are the closest to whom I tell everything that is.
