What really works for menopause and what doesnt?

I used to work for a company that produced soy protein products called Revival Soy. Many of our customers were menopausal women who absolutely swore by the product. Many of them had stopped taking HRT and used the product only and claimed great results. If you choose the soy route, get a product like that one, which contains 100 per cent soy, not one that is a mixture of different types of proteins. They don't have the same benefits.

Need to add, its not all bad for every woman, some have no hot flashes, etc etc so good luck when you hit menopause!

Soy milk! Seems to lessen effects. And garlic I think is said to help. I'm only familiar with the soy milk myself, however.

All natural vitamins is the way. Nutrition,sleep,and a stress (haha) free life helps.

My goodness, I found help in mexican yams as a phytoestrogen. Regular exercise, nutrition, undisturbed sleep...I decline hormone replacement therapy...there's alot of herbal phytoestrogens other compounds in foods, botany--that help. Calcium helps sleep.

be patient.... do wot u want to do.... try to take enough sleep... regulate temperature as per ur needs... try to keep ur body at normal temperature... best f luck
