Which companies allow their products to be tested outside the USA? This has always been a born of contention for me because most of the Developing countries carry a full range of these Companies products and even have distributor in the said counties. Yet there still seem to be this narrow view that the developing world can't be trusted or aren't smart enough to test their products. Can anyone surprise me with a list of some of the smarter companies.
