how will you deal with the unfair things related to your work?

Sometimes, you have to deal with unfair things at work. I had gone through this situation. Sometimes, your boss will announce an idea and he thinks about it as a great idea, but you might knew that it was a stupid idea. But, it is good if you keep your mouth shut, especially if you don't have a better idea to propose. Believe that unfair situations at work are temporary and face it with patience.
