HI I'M 5'2" AND WEIGHED 160LBS 3 YRS AGO... NOW, I'M 105LBS ONLY..I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THIS TO YOU ON HOW TO LOSS YOUR WEIGHT IN A HEALTHY AND FASTEST WAY.. 1.FIRST I DID 30 MINUTES CARDIO EVERY MORNING BRISK WALKING OR JOGGING. IT WILL HELPS YOU TO INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM. 2.drink plenty of water atleast 2-3 liters a day. 3. decrease your sweet intake and your carbo intake but make sure you eat 5-6 times a day in small amount, you can eat everything you want. 3. you can drink unsweeten pineapple juice or tea as often as you want... goodluck after 3-4 mos you can see the effect of this healthy diet. i loss 30lbs in 4 month using this diet...
