How long do you think you can live? I think I can live up to over 80. Why? Because if you take a look at the life line on my right palm, you can tell it. Everyone tells the same after seeing my life line.
This morning, I watched a TV program talking about a long-life village. People over 100 years old are very common in that village, a village of China. The meals they take every day is simple. Cereal porriage for breakfast; cereal plus a piece of sweet potato and porriage for lunch; cereal porriage for supper. they seldom eat meat. Expersts also study their life style except eating habit. Women normally get married late. More amazingly, some women can give birth at the age of 52- 60.[em]

I think it impossible for city dwellers like me. The food we eat, the air we breathe in, the living pressure we are taking day by day, the complicated interpersonal relationship, all sorts of pollution we are bearing. there are too few reasons for city men to live that long.

That is so true.. I think living in the city and working on a day job significantly lessens your life expectancy. hehehe. I think I won't live that long.. maybe around mid 70s, but I don't think I would live until 80.. I'm not sure how to look at my life line and things like that.. And my family has a line of having deadly diseases like cancer and highblood, so my chances of living a long life is really kinda slim.

Our lifestyle certainly plays a big role in our longevity and we city dwellers cant really do much about the pollution and adulteration all around us. Even then, I would like to live max upto 60/65 years, after that I don’t think I can enjoy life any more. However, if I look at the life line of my right palm…it seems I’ll live till eternity LOL

I am 22 years old and I am hoping for 100 good years. I want to be able to say I saw a century. Can you imaging the things you can see, the stories you can have, the wisdom you can have after seeing a century? I want my great grandkids to sit wide eyed at my stories. I am trying to eat healthier and exercise right now, hopefully that will help me reach my goal

I feel that if we take good care of our health that we can live a long and prosperous life. I don't think looking at the palm of a hand can tell how long a person can live. A person needs to eat healthy, exercise regularly, sleep well and other factors that can contribute to a persons longevity, like you had mentioned. It is important for us to cut out the things that are bad for our health and focus on the more positive and healthy things that will allow us to live longer.

Probably up to 92 years old as long as I eat healthy food, and get away from vices, live in a green and healthy environment. Learn to enjoy simple pleasure in life , have fun and as long as my companion never give me a lot of problem or finally do I wish to have a less stressful life. Although, their is air pollution I make sure to keep myself physically fit and eat a balanced meal consisting of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and maybe to live in a farm when I am at the age of retirement.

We don't know what the future holds for us,Magic. Thus, we don't have control over our existence here on Earth.:-)
I wish I can live beyond a hundred years old with the same energy and youth as I have right now. But I know this is impossible.
I'd be thankful to God if He will allow mt live at least another fifty years of my life. Long enough to see how my kids fared in life and to see their offsprings and enjoy life with all of them.
If I'll live shorter than I wanted to, then, I'd still be thankful I had the chance to experience a life here on Earth and shared a life with the people I valued most.:-)
Enjoy life. Cheers!;-)

That is hard to say. I think I could live into my seventies perhaps eighties. It really depends on the quality of my life. I think I keep a fairly good quality of life but obviously, I do not want to live too long. To the point where I am breaking down despite my best efforts and the descent is slow and ugly. Fortunately, I think there is a lot of time before I have to worry about anything like that.

most people would want to have a good long life and die at an old ripe age. maybe i'll be lucky if i reach 60 or 70. life here is short

I believe I could live into my 80's easy because I don't eat red meat, I stay away from white colored foods, I drink green tea and I only eat when I'm hungry and I try to eat only to I'm comfortable. Eating to the point of being full is not good for you at all. My parents Thank God are still alive and they are now 74 and 75. So I believe since I have eaten more healthier then them at an earlier age I will live into my 80's.

~ Hi! I can say how long will I live, because in every moment something could happens to me, so I think no one can say that he/she will probably live 60 or 70 years. And I also don't think that the long living is not so lovely if you are not happy with it, in such cases it is better not to live longer! ~

Whatever number i mention might prove me wrong but yes I want to live life to the fullest. I want to live up to 80 years but that is again something I can not say if it will come true. Who knows that I will see tomorrow morning, so it is not predictable with confidence. I try to be fit by eating good and doing regular exercise, sometimes I find myself loaded with work and do not do minimum expected things like - good food, exercise and good sleep. Also, sometimes there is lot of pressure at work place and have to deal with that.
I believe that a balanced diet and regular exercise is the key for the long life however being happy is again equally important.
Be happy and live long :)

i think live too long or too short is not a good choice.in my opinion,80+ is the best lifelong. i think i can achieve it, for my family, no matter my father's family or my mother's. my grandmother's grandmother had been living until i am 18. and my grandmother's mother aslo live so long.
