havent you heard of paypal issue with indian partners.
here is the statement by paypal official
"Hi blog readers, it’s Anuj from the communications team here.
I’m writing to let you know that personal payments to and from India and transfers to local banks in India have been suspended while we work with our business partners and other stakeholders to address questions they have about the service.
During this time, customers can still make commercial payments to India but merchants cannot withdraw funds in Rupees to local Indian banks.
We’re trying to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause our customers in India and around the world.
I’ll update the blog as soon as we have more information to share.
Anuj"
Regards

Don't worry..since your payment was from mylot, you will surely get it..Your money would surely be resent..Since there are many discussions about paypal reversing the payments, mylot would surely find an alternative way..or atleast send the money through other options..don't worry..

I have experience that to. I inform the site admin. They are so accomodating to reply as soon as possible. But because the site was base on India they ask me to use another payment processor which is i did.

Currently PAyPal is having issues for transferring to and fro from personal accounts for Indian members. Don't know exactly but had seen the discussions and based on that there might be some issues with RBI, and thats the reason Indian users are facing this issues, some members here as well faced similar issues where the payment have been reversed. So till the times the issues get sorted suggest you not to do any transaction in your account, and wait for some time. Do not cashout from any site to your paypal till that time. Hopefully we will have this sorted out sooner.

No, I have not had that ever happen to me. I am from the USA, and we aren't having those problems with paypal here thank goodness. I am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I hope that it gets resolved for you soon, as I am sure it is very frustrating for you to have this happen. You get the money, then it is taken away and given back to the sender. Hopefully, things will be resolved soon, so you can get your money that you have earned. good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think the terms and conditions of Paypal for a country changes according to the instructions and conditions levied by the Financial Institution of the particular country..It is said that Paypal has brought out this change after some rules put on by the Reserve Bank of India over Paypal..
