International Money Order Card?

Hi Mylotters!
This question have been troubling me since a few months ago. What is an International Order Card? How will it works and the pros and cons if i use this type of payment? I am aware that there is a certain amount charge it you send payment anywhere, say the amount of am going to send is $100 and am from Philippines, any idea how much a charge cost?Kindly share your say on this especially to those who already tried this thing. hi! As I know, the international money card is for people, who buy and sell in many different countries, and they need one card allowed in all the countries they buy and sell. SO that's why they have an international order card and use it as well- it offers many reductions too in many trade networks!
