What is the use of keeping friends in Mylot?

I have been using Mylot since 2 months. I got more than five friend request and I approved it for every one. I don't know what is the use for having friend in Mylot. As far as I know, it is only used for private messages. If you know a answer for this question, please respond to this discussion.

When you accept a friend you can turn their notifiers to 'on'.
They can do the same for you.
This means that when they start a new discussion, you will see it and likewise they will see yours when you start any.
Friends respond on each others' discussions, assuming that they can relate to them.
Then over time friendships her can become more than just 'using' them to get responses, but of course that is up to the people concerned.

I am not sure what you mean. I explained as many as I can think of.
Everyone has a different idea of 'friend' I feel and personally I could never 'use' them to my 'advantage' but I did try and answer your question as best I could.

Part of the wonderful world of Mylot is networking. On your homepage there are discussions your friends have started, and when you start a discussion it will show up on the pages of your friends, therefore giving it more exposure.
....And thats just what Mylot friendships can do for you ON the site, off the site the possibilities are limitless.

Hi there rahulchopzy...
I guess friends play a good part of myLot life because whenever you have your friends, they are also updated on every post or activity that you do. With this one, they would easily get connected with you. Luckily, they would also respond on your discussions and that would be a good way for you to earn.
