I have noticed that a lot has been said about the fact that the more we focus on our health problems the more we create them. Apparently one should focus on health in order to be well. Even if you are very sick, you should speak and act as though you were well.
What do you think about this? Do you think it works to pretend to be in great health so that you can attract it in reality? I personally support this view. It certainly does not do us any good focus on the negative but one can be uplifted by positive thoughts.

What we think we are is what we want to be. What others think we are is their opinion of us.
It is a good thing to focus on health, that's a positive step. However, let's not stop there. Let us translate our thoughts into action. Exercise, wise eating habits and having happy thoughts promote physical, emotional and mental health. We are the navigators of our own lives. It's all up to us.
Be happy and healthy everyday, sisterbobo!

Definitely Yes, We are really what we think and depend on every person how they think.
The universal controller of any form of being is the brain. From smaller species to human being as the highest form of creature in this world.
Whatever the brain constructed will automatically be delivered to the body for actions or motor movements. If the brain said Stop the engine, automatic the person will use his motion to stop the engine.
The type of thinking depends on the person views and constructions in accordance to what he see and conclude in his brain. Thinking has many categories on how to think, it may be absolute thinking, practical thinking, mental thinking, spiritual thinking, imaginative thinking and some more worst which is hallucination thinking.
Whichever category a person wants himself belong among what I have stated, automatically be seen in his actions from his body movement and lifestyle.
The power of thinking makes a person life be in Good or in bad outcome. Some people are more cautious to what they want in life and so thinking is more complicated to them in a way that things that can be simpler are turned to more of a little bit complicated.
Positive thoughts is the best way to think about life in midst of many trials. This will give you good analytic view which is simplified, realistic, highly attainable on goal wise and less complications and most importantly less health problems

Hi there sisterbobo...
I agree with you. We are the one who create our health problems, maybe not physically but mentally.
Pretending won't be a good idea but, it would be better thinking about a good health rather than thinking too much of your health problems...
Be happy always in short. xD
