are you paid enough?

Let's face it. It's hard to find a decent job. With so many graduates every year, the number of applicants had soared up but there's not much vacant jobs for everybody. The end result is we tend to take jobs even though we're higly qualified for the position. The situation is really alarming and saddening. Imagine investing so much on your education but then you dont get to practice in your field because of job shortage. And because of that you're being paid smaller than what you're really capable of earning. I know because I've experienced it already. The company where I used to work provides file management services to a foreign client. The client pays us enough but then most of it just goes to our local company. We end up receving just a fraction of what we actually should. Overworked but underpaid. What about you, do you u think you're being paid enough in your job?
