My mom brought me up to always take all my litter home
That's what I do. I usually have some sort of psychological block when I am out and never get the urge to go.... but when I get home, what a relief!

I have never been good with health issues. And with some childhood practices, I can hold it for quite long. Now that has started taking its toll. But 99 out of 100 cases, NO I'll not use public ones.
BTW I just noticed my definition of home is too large, it includes my home(of course), college, lodgings etc.... acceptable?

I have no problems with public toilets. Of course I wash my hands and try not to touch too much there, but luckily most toilets around here aren't too bad. I do have a problem with having to hold things in until I get home. I'd be far too uncomfortable to do that. If you need to go, then you should. It's bad for you to wait. (As I'm forever telling my four year-old!)

Yes, toilets are beginning to get more upkeeped and there are many of which I notice have cleaners around just to pick up and wipe away. Of course, it wouldn't be a place I want to work but it's salary so rather than be a slob, I'll just use it like it's my own and leave with a smile :)

If I have to go, I have to go. Unless I am almost home or heading home from a store or something I will go in a public restroom. I have no problem with it because I would rather get germs on me that I can wash off later than destroy some of my important organs from trying to hold it in. Once they are destroyed there is nothing to do. I can wash off whatever happened to be on the toilet seat.

Good for you! Make sure you be safe as well because you're right once those organs are gone, it's not gonna function right again. I find that having sanitizers bottles or spray also helps as they are supposed to be antibacterial. Just don't bring the big bottle ok! :P Thanks for sharing!

I personally have a thing about public toilets. Ever since I was in high school, the idea of using the public washrooms bothered me. An example would be when I was in high school and I had to go number 2 real bad, but my gym class was not finished and my gym teacher would always lock the change room during gym class. I wouldn't use it anyway So what I did was sneak outside the school and walk home because I only lived 10 min away, then use the washroom at my house. My mother laughed her head off that day.

thuhuong hi NO I cannot as so many times I have this choice, wet or pooh my panties, or go to a public restroom and get some relief. So I use public restrooms and wash carefully after I am done, and so far in 83 years I have not been ill or mugged or raped by using a public facility at all. My doctor has always said do not mess up your bladder by not voiding when you need to,or your colon by not emptying it when needed.
