LOST or Heroes?

I personally enjoy both of them, but I enjoy LOST just a tad bit more. I don't really know what it is about LOST, it's just addicting.
What are your thoughts?
Which do you like the most?
Do you have a favorite character or characters?
My favorite LOST characters would have to be Sayid, Sawyer, Ben, and Hurley.
As for Heroes...Syler and Claire.

I personally enjoy Heroes more mostly cause of the drama they have happening. My favorite character is Sylar and Noah they both kick butt when they want to or need to.

Man, I figured this would get more attention.
Yeah, Noah is an awesome character as well. He's also such a sweet guy that truly cares about his family.
