What makes a true friend?

I believe a true friend is someone who will be there no matter what. They listen to anything you have to say and are there for you whether they agree with your ideas or not. They accept you for exactly the way you are and don't try to change you. A true friend loves you no matter what.

Hello, A true friend, as per my consideration, is one who shows us the right path, the enlightened path. He should always share the best things he possess, not necessary the material things, but the ideas, and feelings. He, certainly will stay or at least want to stay beside you. There shouldn't be any selfishness or ulterior motifs in a true friendship. A true friend doesn't leave you even if you are going in the wrong direction. A true friendship is initiated and ended by God's will so always has a touch of divinity in it. Take care God bless you

i want to response to anime, for me true friends are good and you can always count on but it depends also in a situation when you are in need. It doesnt mean that true friend will never hurt you, sometimes in our life we need to hurt someones feeling to make something right tha has been covered by lies, and you need to hurt someone to make your friend change the way they used to in order to become a better person. true friends should give and take to each other not just you only ask help, or you will always give help.when you have a very good friend in your life now, make the most out of it and enjoy each time you spend together....
