More traffic?

So I've recently in the past month decided that I'm gonna get a head start on the online business community by sticking my feet in the water at 16. I'm an avid writer, more than proficient data specialist, have plenty of skills across computing and internet, and a lot of other stuff. One of the first things I discovered was affiliate marketing. And honestly, if I could make it work, I wouldn't NEED any of the above mentioned skills. I have one problem though: dry traffic streams. I don't know how to get some people on my blogs or whatever, and if I can't do that, I can't sell squat. I do not know how to do SEO, I have no idea where to go to start, and I'm pretty much hung out on a gaudy rope to dry right now. Anyone know ANY ways I can get some easy traffic? Not even have to be anything big, just the first 100 or so visitors. I could work with it, really. Thank you :)
