oh..so the confusion is all because of the rules and terms that RBI imposes on paypal..But on one side, I feel that strict rules are necessary to prevent money laundering..But the terms and conditions should not put innocent people into confusion and trouble..

Well.. I don't understand what you are talking about. I am an Indian and I don't find any problem with Paypal. Till now, I am making payments from my Paypal account and I am receiving payments into my account. Even my account is still unverified.

one of my payment has also been reversed back..But since that site has more Indian members, they are finding an alternative way to send the money...So I'm bit relieved..

Don't worry..It is said that this is all a temporary situation..Hope everything would be solved very soon..Till then, it would be a good idea not to request the earnings at any site or carry out any transaction through paypal..Hope everything would be set right in near future..

I think paypal will repair this problem. In the other hand you can use premium paypal account. That will not hamper but will charge a little.
If you don't want to use paypal there are many site like paypal. These are alertpay, liberty, money bookers, etc. But In one word paypal is the best.
